1. Who these terms are for

These terms cover the Discord bots Linen, Linen VC, and Linen Music (together, "Linen"), this website, the admin panel, and Linen Premium. By adding a Linen bot to a server, using its commands, or buying premium, you agree to them. If you don't agree, remove the bots and don't use them.

You also have to follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. That includes being old enough to use Discord where you live. To buy premium, you must be 18 or have a parent or guardian's permission.

2. Using Linen

Don't use Linen to:

• break the law, Discord's rules, or another server's rules;
• harass, threaten, or spam people, or raid or nuke servers;
• get around Linen's limits, or reverse engineer, overload, or attack the bots, the website, or the admin panel;
• trick the AI chat into producing harmful content, or post content that isn't yours to share.

Server staff decide how Linen is set up in their server and are responsible for the moderation actions they take with it. Linen can stop working in any server, or block any user, that breaks these terms.

3. Linen Premium

• What it is. Premium is a subscription for one Discord server: $4.99 a month or $49.99 a year (US dollars, plus any tax Stripe adds). Everyone in that server gets the premium features. The current list is on the Premium page.
• Payments. Payments are handled by Stripe. Linen never sees or stores your card details.
• Renewal. Premium renews by itself at the end of each month or year, charging the same card, until you cancel.
• Cancelling. Run /premium manage to cancel. Premium stays on until the time you paid for runs out, and you won't be charged again.
• Limits. Some premium features have monthly limits, like image scans and AI chat answers. Unused amounts don't carry over.
• Changes. Features and prices can change. A price change never affects time you've already paid for; we'll give notice before a new price applies to your renewals.

4. AI chat

AI chat answers are written by an AI model and can be wrong, out of date, or incomplete. Don't rely on them for anything important, like legal, medical, or money decisions. What you send to the AI chat is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Custom branding

If you give Linen a custom name, picture, banner, or bio in your server, you must have the right to use it, and it must follow Discord's rules. It goes back to normal when premium ends.

6. No guarantees

Linen is provided "as is" and "as available". It's run by one person, and we don't promise it will always be online, error-free, or catch every rule-breaker. Auto-mod, anti-nuke, and logging help, but they don't replace your own moderation and backups.

As far as the law allows, Linen and its creator aren't liable for indirect or lost-data damages from using the bots, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for premium in the last 12 months.

7. Stopping

You can stop using Linen at any time by removing the bots and cancelling premium. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. If we ever shut Linen down for good, we'll refund the unused part of any premium paid in advance.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when. Big changes will be announced on this website. Using Linen after a change means you accept the new terms.
