Who gets premium?
The whole server. Premium belongs to the server it was bought for, so every member gets the premium features there.
How do I cancel or change my card?
Open the dashboard and pick your server, or run
/premium manage. Both open your Stripe billing page, where you can cancel, switch between monthly and yearly, update your card, and download receipts. Only the person who bought it can manage it.What happens when premium ends?
If you cancel, premium stays until the time you paid for runs out. After that, premium features switch off: image scanning, welcome cards, and AI chat stop, Linen's custom name and picture go back to normal, and log history goes back to 30 days. Ticket types and aliases you already made stay, but you can't add more past the free limit.
Why is image scanning limited?
Each new image Linen checks costs money to scan. 2,000 new images a month covers almost every server. Images posted again (like the same GIF) are remembered and don't count. Run
/premium to see how many you've used.Is there a dashboard?
Yes. Sign in at dashboard.linenbot.xyz with Discord to see your server's premium, how much of the monthly limits it used, and to change Linen's name, picture, and AI chat personality. Anyone with Manage Server can use it.
Can I move premium to another server?
Not directly. Cancel it with
/premium manage, then buy it in the other server.Can I get a refund?
If something went wrong, like a charge you didn't mean or a feature that didn't work, ask within 14 days. See the Refund Policy.
Is paying safe?
Yes. Payments go through Stripe, which handles card details for millions of businesses. Linen only learns that a payment went through, never your card number.
